Become part of our team.Job DescriptionRole SummaryIs responsible for managing all activities within a single-plant including production, quality, logistics, technical service, HSE and maintenance. Might contribute and execute functional strategies.Main TasksEstablishing the operating budget, approving investments and monitoring the cost and effectiveness of the production activities (e.g., controlling cost and capex)Driving continuous improvement activities, implement and sustain production basics to achieve the required benchmarking results in safety, quality, delivery and cost incl. inventorySustaining and implementing a Quality Management System by developing and enforcing local quality assurance strategies and implementing appropriate procedure and measures for quality controlEnsuring efficient logistics operations including logistics planning, transport logistics and production logisticsEnsuring proper maintenance of all technical equipment in the plant to facilitate a smooth production processEnsuring compliance with all regulatory HSE standards to protect employees and environmentEducation RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.Experience10+ years of previous experience as a plant manager in a manufacturing environment.Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.Strong experience with continuous improvement concepts (Lean, Pull Flow).Experience in SAP.Strong background in risk management and production fundamentals.Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving strategic initiatives.Knowledge of TS 16949, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standardsAre you full of ideas?
