Inception Fertility - Houston | 104B 4828 Loop Central Drive Suite 900 Houston, TX 77081, USA Description The Donor Recruiter plays a vital role in helping individuals build families by identifying, engaging, and guiding prospective egg and sperm donors through the initial stages of the donor journey for Central Donor Recruitment and MySpermBank. As the first point of contact for donor candidates, the Donor Recruiter provides exceptional support, education, and guidance while creating a welcoming and positive experience. This role is responsible for recruiting, screening, and evaluating applicants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements established by Inception, professional guidelines, and clinic-specific criteria. The Donor Recruiter also ensures that all application materials are completed accurately and efficiently, helping donors successfully navigate the application and genetic review process. Working collaboratively with internal teams, the Donor Recruiter helps move qualified candidates through each stage of the recruitment process while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and an excellent communicator who is passionate about delivering an outstanding experience and making a meaningful difference in the lives of donors and intended parents alike. Responsibilities Review egg and sperm donor applications for eligibility in accordance with Prelude Network donor acceptance guidelines. Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate applicants for the program. Explain donor program details and provide information to prospective donors via telephone, email, and virtual consultation. Establish an ongoing relationship to encourage completion of the application and screening process. Coordinate genetic risk assessment and review with contracted Genetic Counselors and review all genetic reports prior to handoff to donor coordinators. Obtain necessary medical records to establish applicant eligibility for donation. Create and maintain donor profiles in the donor database program and prepare applicants for handoff to donor coordinator. Collect and prepare applicant photos for sharing in their online donor profile. Responsible for donor profile preparation, reconciliation of information, and review before handoff to donor coordinator. Identify inconsistencies in donor information and strive to maintain accurate data and records across all systems. Attend meetings to discuss applicant process/management; maintain relevant spreadsheets/documentation. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with MySpermBank team, Central Donor Recruitment staff, Inception Corporate team and vendors, Prelude Network clinical and admin teams. Able to communicate, problem solve independently, and respond quickly to all key team members needs and inquiries. Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of one year of experience in a health care related field preferred. Minimum of one year of administrative experience, including knowledge of the healthcare industry, sales and/or marketing, or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience. Experience with Outlook, Excel and Photoshop preferred.
