About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Consultant Relations to spearhead the development and execution of a national consultant strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing Consultant Relations team, enhancing the company's presence with major consulting houses, and integrating consultant relationships into the sales process to drive market impact. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in consultant relations, deep knowledge of the employee benefits industry, and the ability to connect strategic initiatives to tangible business outcomes. The SVP will also be expected to bring AI fluency to the role, using advanced tools and workflows to improve productivity and support strategic planning. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience directly leading Consultant Relations, with a total of at least 12 years in employee benefits, benefits consulting, healthcare, digital health, or a related field. The role requires a candidate with strong commercial acumen, the ability to influence sales strategy, and a clear understanding of how consultants impact vendor decisions. The SVP will be a key external representative for the company, engaging in executive meetings, market events, and strategic conversations. Strong presentation and storytelling skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively across teams to enhance the company's position in the employee benefits market. The role also involves regular domestic travel and demands a high level of commitment to the company's mission of advancing heart health through innovative AI solutions.
