Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service * Assist customers with wash package selections, memberships, and questions * Process transactions accurately (cash, card, memberships, gift cards, etc.) * Maintain an organized and clean front desk and lobby area * Answer phone calls, schedule services (if applicable), and respond to inquiries * Communicate with wash attendants and management to support smooth operations * Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry and customer records (receipts, reports, membership updates) * Follow company policies and safety procedures Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred * Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude * Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment * Basic computer and POS system skills * Reliable, punctual, and professional * Comfortable working around a car wash environment (water, noise, outdoor traffic flow) Personal Qualities
