The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $185,000. Facilitate the conduct of various progress and other meetings with the subject project’s contractor.Assist with the preparation for and the conduct of negotiations concerning construction change orders and claims. Review Inspector Daily Reports for accuracy and completeness and ensure their storage as part of project documentation. Verify that quantities for monthly construction contractor’s payments are accurate and complete. Provide personnel proficient in the client’s programs, including SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and other project management software. Create, log, copy, distribute, and file all contract correspondence, paperwork and/or electronic files. Perform office administrative tasks as required to meet the client’s documentation requirements and to ensure timely and accurate record of receipt and delivery of notices, correspondence, and other transmittals.
