Your Impact & Opportunities

• Accelerate Business Planning: Lead the preparation and reporting of bookings and revenue forecasts, leveraging data to drive client success and innovation.

• Optimize Data Integrity: Consolidate and evaluate sales pipeline opportunities within a CRM/CPQ platform, ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity.

• Drive Incentive Strategy: Support the Annual Sales Incentive Plan (ASIP) by mastering new data management techniques and participating in system implementation activities.

• Innovate Market Intelligence: Analyze complex data regarding OEM aircraft production and market share using Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Power BI to empower strategic cross-functional decisions.

Essential Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• 2+ years of demonstrated success in sales forecasting within the commercial aviation sector.

• Intermediate proficiency in financial synthesis, data analysis, and interpretation.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives..

• Knowledge of Sales systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow) and incentive platforms (e.g., CaptivateIQ).
