This is one of the most senior preconstruction leadership roles in the industry today.

As Senior Director of Preconstruction, you will own strategy across a portfolio of hyperscale and AI-driven developments, influencing how billions of dollars of infrastructure are planned, budgeted, procured, and delivered.

You'll sit at the intersection of development, design, construction, and executive leadership, driving critical decisions that directly impact project success, speed-to-market, and long-term growth.

• 10+ years leading large-scale construction, development, or mission-critical infrastructure projects

• Deep expertise in preconstruction, estimating, cost management, and commercial strategy
\n
• Experience delivering data center projects
\n
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and external partners
\n
• Track record managing programs valued at hundreds of millions or billions of dollars
