We're seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full lifecycle recruiting efforts across critical business functions.

This is not a high-volume, transactional recruiting role. You'll serve as a trusted talent advisor, partnering closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to identify, attract, assess, and secure exceptional talent across a complex distribution business.

What You'll Do

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting from intake through candidate acceptance and handoff readiness.
\n
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, calibrate requirements, and build focused search strategies.
\n
• Identify and engage passive talent through passive and active sourcing channels, referrals, talent mapping, networking, competitor research, and direct outreach.
\n
• Evaluate candidates using structured assessments and competency-based interviews.
\n
• Present high-quality candidate slates and influence hiring decisions through clear, evidence-based recommendations.
\n
• Advise leaders on talent availability, market competitiveness, compensation considerations, and realistic hiring timelines.
\n
• Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring professional and leadership needs.
\n
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while driving quality, speed, and hiring manager satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• 5+ years of corporate recruiting, professional search, or equivalent talent acquisition experience.
\n
• Proven success recruiting professional and leadership-level talent.
\n
• Strong passive sourcing, direct outreach, and candidate engagement skills.
\n
• Experience managing multiple professional or exempt searches simultaneously.
\n
• Demonstrated success partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
\n
• Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing technologies.
\n
• Working knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting practices, employment law fundamentals, and EEO principles.
\n

Preferred Experience

\n
• Distribution, manufacturing, logistics, industrial, supply chain, construction, or B2B environments.
\n
• Recruiting for sales, finance, supply chain, legal, EH&S, operations or corporate functions.
\n
• Talent mapping, target-company research, and competitive market intelligence.
\n
• “Rainbow Squirrel” and leadership recruiting.
\n
• Experience supporting decentralized, multi-state, or multi-location organizations.
\n
• Strong ATS, CRM and sourcing platforms experience.
\n
