Role Description

The Senior Account Executive is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts within the recruiting and staffing space. This role includes leading the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing. The Senior Account Executive will build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers, identify hiring needs, and collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver tailored talent solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting discovery calls, presenting solutions, managing pipelines and forecasts, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. The role also involves tracking market trends, contributing to sales strategy, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders to refine services and offerings.

Qualifications

• 4 years of account management experience within Sales, Staffing, Solutions, Payroll or RPO
\n
• Client relationship and account management skills, including consultative selling, stakeholder management, and client retention.

• Business development and sales skills, such as prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
\n
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent solutions, with the ability to understand hiring workflows and partner effectively with recruiting teams.
\n
• Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
\n
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with comfort using data and metrics to inform decisions, forecasts, and account growth plans.
\n
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
\n
• Familiarity with technology and innovation sectors such as SaaS, AI/ML, or other high-growth domains is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
