Senior Account Executive | Apparel & Fashion \n

We are looking for a highly connected Senior Account Executive with expert experience and established relationships in the Apparel & Fashion industry .

This is not a traditional sales role. We are seeking an industry professional who understands the apparel landscape, knows the key players, and has existing relationships with brands and decision-makers. You will leverage your industry knowledge and network to open doors, build strategic partnerships, and drive new business growth.

Direct experience in the Apparel & Fashion industry is required. Candidates without apparel industry experience and an established network will not be considered.

• Develop new business with apparel and fashion brands
\n
• Leverage existing industry relationships to open doors and generate new opportunities
\n
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across Product Development, Design, Sourcing, Production, Packaging, Trim, and Supply Chain
\n
• Grow and expand strategic customer accounts
\n
• Identify cross-sell and new business opportunities
\n
• Develop and execute account growth strategies
\n
• Present solutions, negotiate pricing, and close business
\n
• Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting in Salesforce
\n
• Partner closely with Product Development, Production, Operations, and our Hong Kong teams
\n
• Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
\n
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed

Required:

\n
• 5+ years of experience in the Apparel & Fashion industry
\n
• An established network of relationships within apparel brands and the broader industry
\n
• Proven experience selling into or working directly with apparel brands
\n
• Relationships with VP, Director, and Manager-level contacts in areas such as Product Development, Design, Sourcing, Production, Packaging, Trim, or Supply Chain
\n
• A strong understanding of the apparel development, sourcing, and production lifecycle
\n
• A demonstrated ability to generate and close new business
\n
• A proactive, hunter mentality and the ability to open new doors
\n
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
\n
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
\n
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
\n

Preferred:

\n
• Experience selling trim, packaging, labels, branding products, or related solutions
\n
• Existing relationships with mid-market or enterprise apparel brands
\n
• Experience working with overseas production or sourcing teams

This role reports directly to the Sales Manager and is responsible for driving new account development, strategic relationship management, and account growth across apparel and fashion brands.
