Candidates for the CNO position at the company must be adept at maintaining effective working relationships, be proficient in communication, and have the ability to manage multiple departments. The CNO will be a member of the senior management team, participating in decision-making processes that align with the hospital's mission. A valid California Registered Nurse license and American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification are required.
