About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary healthcare leader to serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The successful candidate will be a champion of health equity, with a proven track record in hospital administration and a deep appreciation for rural healthcare dynamics. The CEO will be responsible for driving the strategic vision of the hospital, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and accessible patient care, and empowering a robust team to foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and high morale. This role requires a leader who is intellectually capable of managing the complexities of a growing hospital, with the business and financial acumen to implement innovative solutions for the delivery of healthcare. The ideal CEO will have 7-10 years' of progressive executive leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare system, with a focus on financial turnaround, revenue cycle management, and grant acquisition. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred, or equivalent hospital leadership experience. The role demands a leader who is visible, hands-on, and values building strong, personal relationships with patients, local leaders, and staff. Bi-cultural and bi-lingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are highly valued to ensure culturally sensitive care. The CEO will also be the face of the hospital, engaging with the community and acting as a leader in public and government relations.
