About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled and motivated PTA to work closely with our physical therapy team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our patients. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide high-quality care that promotes optimal healing and independence. Your expertise will enable our patients to regain strength, mobility, and function, and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans
Provide physical therapy modalities, exercises, and interventions to patients
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress reports as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progression and treatment
Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
Participate in patient education and discharge planning
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
