What You'll Do Collect blood samples using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established practices and procedures Verify patient information and ensure proper labeling of specimens in the patient’s presence Maintain accurate records and documentation Provide excellent customer service while fostering a safe, professional environment Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection as required Travel between locations and support operations based on business needs What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent required 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Strong customer service experience, preferably in a retail or service environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites as needed Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Basic computer and data entry proficiency Ability to meet compliance requirements (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB test required; COVID and Flu strongly recommended) What's In it For You Competitive weekly pay Opportunity for long-term placement and potential full-time hire Gain experience in a hospital-affiliated environment Build skills across diverse patient populations and settings Strengthen both clinical and patient interaction capabilities Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: #J-18808-Ljbffr
