Director, US Biosimilars Launch

How You’ll Spend Your Day Partner with the Senior Director to develop integrated US launch strategies across multiple biosimilar assets; align with long-range plan Serve as commercialization lead for cross-functional governance, decision-making, and partner alignment Shape and enhance the US biosimilar launch operating model (repeatability, process optimization, best‑practice sharing) Lead development/execution of US biosimilars launch readiness frameworks, KPIs, and operating mechanisms Co‑lead launch meeting planning Collaborate with market access on payer strategy and pull‑through Collaborate with trade teams on distribution and specialty pharmacy strategy Work with internal/external partners to create and drive future biosimilar launch strategy and direction Assist go‑to‑market strategy development, long‑range planning, and annual operating process (budget setting) Support market research; analyze market data and make informed decisions Education / Certification / Experience (Required) Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical experience Minimum 7 years pharmaceutical marketing experience (or equivalent) Preferred Master’s degree preferred Launch experience across multiple therapeutic areas (e.g., oncology, autoimmune) Strong market access understanding across pharmacy and medical benefit Biosimilars background Skills Strong therapeutic area business acumen; innovative problem‑solving Cross‑functional relationship building; self‑starter Organizational skills; manage multiple priorities; meet objectives/deadlines Data/information synthesis and insight generation; market/competitive analysis Project management across stakeholders/vendors; excellent communication MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Travel ~30% domestic.
