Strategic Project Associate

What You'll Do Support SPLs on the day-to-day execution of client projects, from kickoff to delivery Help onboard, manage, and support communities of expert contributors Monitor project quality, throughput, and contributor performance, and surface insights to improve outcomes Take ownership of discrete workstreams within larger projects as you ramp Contribute to internal process and tooling improvements across the Strategic Projects team What We're Looking For Recent graduate (or graduating soon) from a top university Strong academic record, ideally with experience in operationally intensive environments: internships in consulting, finance, startups, or technical roles Background in engineering, computer science, math, economics, or a related technical field is a strong plus Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure Skills & Capabilities Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward data-driven decision making Comfortable with ambiguity and able to structure problems from scratch Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus structure tied to project outcomes and client satisfaction Equity grant vested over 4 years We will provide relocation if needed.
