Lead Teacher – Early Childhood (Twos & Threes Classrooms)

What You’ll Do:
???? Lead a classroom with warmth, structure, and creativity
???? Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
???? Build strong, trusting relationships with families and coworkers
???? Observe and assess growth to tailor support to each child
???? Keep your space clean, safe, and supportive for learning
What You Bring:
✔ Associate or Bachelor's in ECE (or related field preferred)
✔ At least 1 year of classroom experience with young children
✔ Strong communication, empathy, and collaboration skills
✔ Commitment to equity, inclusion, and best practices in early learning
