Little Lambs Learning Center is more than a preschool — we are a ministry focused on nurturing the whole child through faith, excellence, and relationship-centered learning. We are seeking a warm, experienced, and passionate Lead Teacher for our 4-year-old Pre-K classroom who desires to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a joyful and engaging Pre-K classroom for 4-year-olds.
• Create meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that prepare children for kindergarten.
• Foster a classroom environment where children feel safe, loved, and confident.
• Build strong relationships with families through communication and partnership.
• Guide children with patience, consistency, structure, and grace.
• Collaborate with coworkers and administration to support school-wide success.
• Maintain classroom organization.

Qualifications:

• Experience teaching preschool or Pre-K children preferred.
• NC Early Childhood Credential or related education preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom leadership skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Ability to work positively within a team-oriented environment.
• A heart for ministry and serving children and families.
