Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Managerwith healthcare or dental experience to lead and manage all HR operations across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about employee experience, onboarding excellence, and building scalable HR systemsin a high-growth environment. You will work closely with leadership to support team development, ensure compliance, and build programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations Develop, implement, and continuously improveHR policies, procedures, and organizational structures Oversee and administeremployee benefits programs(health, dental, vision, 401k) Managefull-cycle recruiting, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding Ensure allemployee records and HR systemsare accurate, compliant, and up to date Processpayroll accurately and on time Design and implementtraining and development programsto support employee growth Serve as atrusted resource for employees, addressing questions and resolving issues professionally Partner with leadership to reinforce a strong, positive, and accountablecompany culture What We’re Looking For Minimum3+ years of HR experience Strong understanding ofonboarding, payroll, and HR compliance Knowledge oflabor laws and HR best practices Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proven ability tosolve problems and manage multiple priorities Experience inhealthcare or dental industry preferred (not required) Competitive salary(based on experience) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company support Opportunity forcareer growth within a fast-scaling organization Why Join EKOS?
