Shift & Schedule: Leadership Role with 24/7 Department Oversight
Pay: $32.62/hr - $46.25/hr (Based on Experience)

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Supervisor – CT Scan for an exciting Local job in Fort Pierce, FL.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical leadership for the CT department with 24/7 oversight responsibilities.

• Supervise, mentor, and support CT technologists to ensure quality patient care and imaging services.

• Manage department staffing, scheduling, productivity, and performance evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards.

• Oversee quality assurance initiatives and maintain high standards for imaging procedures.

• Manage departmental budgets, supplies, and equipment utilization.

• Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and hospital leadership to achieve departmental objectives.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

• Support employee development through training, coaching, and performance management.

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.

• Registered Radiologic Technologist – ARRT (R).

• Active Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer (RT) credential.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

• Minimum 3 years of CT imaging experience.

• Minimum 1 year of CT leadership, supervisory, or management experience.

• Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience managing CT department operations.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development skills.

• Experience with quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance programs.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
