Schedule: Full-Time | Days | Rotating Weekends
Pay Rate: $32.62 – $46.25/Hour (Midpoint: $40.77)
Travel: Not Required
We are seeking an experienced and vision-driven CT Scan Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a high-volume diagnostic imaging department. This role carries 24/7 accountability for clinical quality, staffing, workflow efficiency, and departmental performance within a leading acute care hospital.
Core ResponsibilitiesMaintain 24/7 operational oversight of CT imaging services and technologist performance.
Ensure high standards of clinical quality, throughput, and patient safety.
Manage staffing schedules, productivity metrics, and departmental workflow.
Oversee equipment maintenance, supply chain management, and operational costs.
Develop and mentor CT technologists and imaging staff.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and imaging protocols.
Collaborate with radiology leadership and hospital administration.
Promote a patient-centered care environment aligned with organizational values.
Associate Degree in Radiology or related field required.
ARRT (R) certification required.
Active Radiologic Technologist license required.
BLS certification required within 30 days of start.
Minimum 3 years of CT Technologist experience.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in CT/imaging.
Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills.
