Job Title: Civil/Commercial Litigation Associate

Salary: $100k-$175K

Position Overview:

A growing litigation practice is seeking a Civil/Commercial Litigation Associate to join its team in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves handling a broad range of complex litigation matters with significant responsibility from early stages through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of civil and commercial litigation matters.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs.

• Conduct depositions and assist in witness preparation.

• Handle court appearances, hearings, and case management conferences.

• Manage written discovery and e-discovery processes.

• Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

• Support trial preparation and assist at trial as needed.

• 1–7 years of civil and/or commercial litigation experience.

• Strong legal writing, research, and motion practice skills.

• Deposition and court experience preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple cases independently with supervision.

• Active NV Bar membership (or eligibility to obtain, having CA bar membership is a plus).

• Experience in insurance defense, business litigation, or general liability is a plus
