FIS Director Of OperationsAs FIS Director of Operations you will be responsible for leading a large team, solving complex operational challenges, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently and at a high standard. You'll serve as the critical link between planning and execution—setting expectations, holding teams accountable, and making decisions that move the business forward.You're expected to lead from the front, not wait for direction.
