Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

PRN Mid-Level Provider – Pineville, NC

SynergenX | Low T Center is looking for an NP, APRN, FNP, or PA who brings confidence, positivity, strong communication, and great energy to the clinic. We're not looking for a cookie-cutter provider. We want someone who can connect with patients, communicate clearly, work well with a team, and genuinely enjoy what they do. You'll work alongside our Medical Director and Center Director to provide care for patients focused on hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness.

You'll provide quality patient care while helping create a patient experience that feels welcoming, personal, and positive. Your day may include:

• Providing patient-focused care in a fast-paced clinic
• Evaluating patients and developing treatment plans within established protocols
• Educating patients about their health and treatment options
• Building genuine relationships and trust with patients
• Explaining medical information in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Collaborating with the Medical Director and Center Director
• Working closely with the clinic team to keep the day moving
• Using electronic systems and technology to manage patient care
• Helping create an upbeat, welcoming patient experience
• Jumping in and supporting your team when things get busy

Required Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered, and without disciplinary action
• Current DEA license
• Current Controlled Substance License
• Must be available to work: 2 Saturdays in a 4-week month or 3 Saturdays in a 5-week month
• Must be available for 10 consecutive weekdays of paid training (2 weeks) following clinic hours

Clinic Hours:

• Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
