Occupational Therapist

As a K-12 school-based Occupational Therapist supporting students ages 3-22 across four buildings, your days will include:

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students across two elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school.
• Evaluate students' fine-motor, visual-motor, sensory-processing, self-care, and functional participation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based interventions aligned with students' IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related-service professionals to support student access and success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations, progress updates, and appropriate accommodations.
• Support students in specialized programs serving a wide range of developmental, physical, sensory, and educational needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with applicable federal, state, and school requirements.

Job Details

Position : Full-time contract through June 2027

Hours : 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Setting : Four buildings - two elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school

Students : K-12, ages 3-22, including specialized programs

Start Date : As soon as possible

Interview : Virtual interview anticipated within the week

Work Format : On-site; virtual and hybrid candidates are not accepted

Successful Candidates Possess

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (required)
• An active state Occupational Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one (required); a PEL is not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and documentation skills
• The ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• New graduates are welcome to apply if licensed
