We value teamwork, integrity, and a heartfelt commitment to improving quality of life.QualificationsQualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice1-2 years of recent clinical nursing experienceStrong clinical assessment skills, including pain and symptom managementKnowledge of hospice philosophy, end-of-life care standards, and regulatory requirementsProficiency with EMR/EHR documentation and timely chartingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teamsAbility to work independently, manage time well, and prioritize visitsReliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homesDemonstrated compassion, empathy, and emotional resilienceStrong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy
