Production Training Coordinator (Day Shift)

AbbVie seeks a Production Training Coordinator for its Tempe manufacturing facility to develop and deliver training programs covering equipment operation, documentation practices, and cGMP compliance. The role involves maintaining training records, facilitating onboarding and safety instruction, and supporting qualified trainers to ensure plant employees meet regulatory and procedural requirements.

Responsibilities

• Train personnel on equipment procedures, documentation practices, and GMP requirements
• Review, update, and maintain training records for GMP compliance accuracy
• Facilitate onboarding, system access, and safety training for plant employees
• Develop and maintain training materials, assessments, modules, and curriculum documentation
• Troubleshoot training system issues and interact with all organizational levels on training needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in a training role
• Manufacturing or FDA environment experience desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
