Remote SMB SaaS Customer Engagement Manager
Dodge Construction Network
Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to support our SMB client base, including subcontractors and general contractors. You will drive adoption, retention, and value realization by offering proactive outreach, practical guidance, and best-practice recommendations.
You will report to the Manager of Customer Success in a full-time, remote-capable role. Travel is under 10%, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
