Outpatient Physical Therapist

Seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with various impairments. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans to improve patient quality of life within a collaborative healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patients physical conditions and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions utilizing manual techniques, vestibular rehab, and pelvic floor therapy when applicable.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
• Possess current state license and certification in CPR (BLS).
• Demonstrate strong assessment and evaluation skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience with manual techniques, vestibular, or pelvic floor therapy is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
