Technical Product Analyst

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience.
• We require 10+ years of experience with Oracle Banking and Oracle ERP Finance platforms.
• We require 10+ years of experience in an Agile environment in an analyst or comparable role.
• We require strong hands-on experience in system analysis, process improvement, requirements elicitation, and solution design.
• We require experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for application lifecycle management.
• We require deep knowledge of loan disbursement and banking finance, including end-to-end lending workflows, financial integrations, and operational controls.
• We require the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while collaborating closely with architects, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• We require strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions, challenge assumptions, and drive alignment toward practical system solutions.
• We require a proven ability to connect business operations and technology delivery in complex enterprise environments.
• Preferred: certifications in Oracle, SAFe, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other Agile credentials.
• Preferred: exposure to Zafin and/or Oracle Banking Retail Lending (OBRL).

• We perform in-depth analysis of complex enterprise platforms to identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• We lead solution-focused discussions with business stakeholders, engineers, architects, and QA teams to achieve practical, scalable outcomes.
• We gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, maintaining traceability from concept through delivery.
• We translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• We design and recommend solutions that support loan disbursement, lending workflows, and financial integrations within banking systems.
• We partner with TPOs and TPMs to create, manage, and maintain product backlogs, product boards, Azure DevOps dashboards, and work items.
• We support Agile ceremonies and practices, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
