The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our financial planning and decision‑making processes, using their analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis of complex data sets. Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial data models to support strategic planning and forecasting. Analyze financial data to identify variances, trends, and anomalies, making recommendations to optimize financial performance and reduce financial risk. Use Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports to present financial data in a clear and compelling way. Ensure data quality management by implementing procedures to review, validate, and clean financial data. Use MS Dynamics to manage financial data and support financial operations. Create and manage pivot tables to analyze large data sets, providing insights into financial performance and trends. Manage intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of financial data. Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment of financial data analysis with business objectives and strategies. Continuously analyze and evaluate processes and systems to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial data analysis role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Proven expertise in data modeling, variance analysis, Power BI, data quality management, MS Dynamics, pivot tables, and intercompany transactions. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide insights and recommendations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and compelling way. Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with others to achieve common goals. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
