The role partners closely with department leaders to deliver reporting, forecasting, and planning insights. Hybrid schedule WFH Mondays and Fridays Competitive salary and bonus potential Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off and holidays Life, disability, and voluntary insurance options Wellness, fitness, and employee discount programs Education assistance and professional development resources Job Details Responsibilities Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned G&A departments Partner with IT leadership to track spend, vendor details, and contract renewal timelines Build and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights Support company-wide financial reporting and Finance system transformation initiatives Assist with training, adoption, and change management for new analytics tools Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field 3+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Experience with tools such as SAP BPC / BOBJ AO, Tableau Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP Datasphere preferred Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams Interested in hearing more?
