We are hiring Listing Agent Specialists. This is the role for the agent who wants to be the one holding the inventory, running the appointment, and controlling the transaction instead of reacting to whoever calls first.

What you will be doing

• Meeting with homeowners to conduct listing presentations and pricing consultations

• Preparing comparative market analyses and building a positioning strategy for each property

• Listing, marketing, and managing residential properties through the MLS

• Advising sellers on preparation, staging direction, and pricing adjustments

• Negotiating offers and counteroffers on behalf of your sellers

• Managing each transaction from contract to close and keeping clients informed at every step

• Building and working your own seller pipeline

What we are looking for

• Active real estate license, in good standing (required)

• Closed residential transactions in the last three years

• Confidence running listing appointments and having direct pricing conversations

• Strong negotiation and written communication skills

• Self-directed work habits and the discipline to manage your own schedule

• Reliable transportation and the ability to meet clients at properties

• Comfortable using a CRM and standard transaction software

Schedule

Full-time and part-time both work here. You control your own calendar. Evening and weekend availability helps, since that is when sellers are free.
