Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - AM or PM Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Inspire Behavioral Health Center in San Jose, California. As a CNA at Inspire Behavioral Health, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families. We are looking for a caring and committed on-call CNA to join our team for either the AM shift (7AM-3PM) or PM shift (3PM-11PM). Join our mission to empower individuals through integrated behavioral health and rehabilitative services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to include: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans

• Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments

• Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor

• Promote quality services within company, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Current CA nursing assistant certification

• Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or in-patient rehabilitation or in-patient behavioral health setting
