Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and create appropriate Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of IFSPs, monitoring outcomes and adjusting plans as necessary in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary team members.
\n
• Engage families by providing crucial support and information, enhancing their understanding of their child's development and effective strategies to support growth.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and incorporate Natural Learning Environment Practices to ensure age-appropriate developmental support.
\n
• Develop rapport with children and their families to promote a nurturing and productive learning environment.
\n
• Implement interventions based on the unique developmental status and priorities of each family, adjusting service frequency as needed.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations related to social work and early intervention services.
\n
• Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for both staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on infants and toddlers with disabilities or delays, requiring specialized social work services to support their development during critical early years. The LCSW will work closely with families, guiding them through various challenges while ensuring that their children receive the attention and care needed for growth in physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• Possession of a valid driver’s license for any necessary travel for client visits or service provision.
\n
• A demonstrated ability to adapt approaches to meet individual learning styles and developmental needs.

• Proficient organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration with families and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of direct experience working with children in early intervention settings.

• Knowledge and application of Natural Learning Environment Practices in developmental support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package which includes:
