Security Officer Customer Care Specialist – Palo Alto, CA Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $27.33 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM Tue: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM Wed: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out site‑specific procedures, policies, and/or when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by site. Minimum Requirements: CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
