Copywriter Position

Propelled Brands® is the multi-brand platform company under which service industry franchise brands operate and grow. We are excited to propel brands forward. We are seeking a creative and detail oriented Copywriter to help bring our brands to life through compelling storytelling and strategic content development. In this role, you will blend thoughtful copy, engaging narratives, and visually aligned messaging to strengthen the presence of our family of brands - FASTSIGNS, My Salon Suite, and Camp Bow Wow.

Working closely with Marketing, Creative Design, Digital, and Product teams, you will support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and brand storytelling initiatives across multiple channels. This role plays a key part in ensuring our messaging is clear, engaging, and consistent while supporting initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable results.

You have a strong foundation in short and long-form communications, and social media executions paired with an understanding of digital marketing and how content supports broader brand strategy.

You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail. Whether developing blog content, supporting PR initiatives, or crafting messaging for digital channels, you bring both creativity and precision to your work.

Essential Functions

• Multi-Brand Storytelling: Conceptualize and produce engaging narratives across multiple brands, including case studies, employee profiles, website content, email campaigns, social media copy, and other marketing communications.
• Technical Visibility & AIEO: Partner with the Digital team to integrate SEO best practices and emerging AIEO terminology into web and blog content, balancing creative storytelling with search visibility.
• Brand Narrative Execution: Support and execute monthly brand storytelling blogs and content initiatives that strengthen brand reputation and audience engagement.
• PR & Media Support: Draft press releases, assist in developing media templates, and compile PR reports to support media outreach and brand visibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Creative Design, Digital, and Product partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across campaigns and platforms.
• Omnichannel Content Development: Support the creation and proofreading of copy for website pages, local marketing materials, email campaigns, and other marketing assets.
• Editing & Quality Assurance: Help uphold brand voice standards by reviewing and refining written materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

What We Need

• 1-3 years of professional experience in copywriting, marketing communications, or related fields
• Experience in copywriting for digital marketing channels including web, email, and social media
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns in B2B, B2C, or multi-brand environments preferred
• Experience copywriting for an agency (advertising, marketing or PR) preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

Additional Requirements

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates the ability to engage diverse audiences and channels
• Excellent editing and proofreading abilities with strong attention to detail
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and content best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools including Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Forms
