Isthmus Family Dental is currently hiring for a highly motivated full-time Dental Hygienist that is passionate about providing excellent oral healthcare!
Isthmus Family Dental is patient-focused with an emphasis on five-star service for each patient. We give our hygienists the time they need to provide the dental care that they will be proud of. Salary:
Hourly rate starting at $45/hour + commission, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.
Compensation may follow a whichever is greater model - youll earn either your base hourly pay or a production-based commission, whichever is higher!
Example earning potential:
Associates meeting performance benchmarks typically earn $50.00 - $75.00/hour and anywhere in between!

Office Hours:
- Monday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
- Tuesday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
- Wednesday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
- Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
Experience & Qualifications:
- You must currently hold or be in the process of acquiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Wisconsin.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply!!!
