We are based out of Indeed's Doman office in Austin.The RoleAs a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you serve as the strategic bridge between product strategy, sales execution, and market revenue growth. Operating as an advanced "player-coach," you own the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy—setting positioning, driving product launches, and building high-impact enablement assets yourself.You will lead competitive intelligence, influence pricing/packaging frameworks, and translate product capabilities into compelling narratives that accelerate sales win rates and expand customer lifetime value.Success in this role means that within 6 months, you have established a unified positioning framework across core customer segments, executed at least one full-scale product launch with direct pipeline attribution, and delivered battlecards actively utilized by sales in live deals. Within 12 months, your PMM initiatives consistently drive measurable pipeline growth, increase win rates against top competitors, and establish market-led feedback loops into the product roadmap using advanced AI workflows.What You'll Be DoingReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential responsibilities and duties of the position.Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership & Product Launches: Lead end-to-end GTM strategies for new product features, tier releases, and target market plays to drive customer acquisition and adoption. Partner closely with Product Management to align product roadmaps with commercial revenue goals and market opportunities.Positioning, Narrative & Messaging Frameworks: Define and maintain category positioning, segment-specific value propositions, and messaging frameworks that differentiate Indeed Flex in the market. Ensure a consistent brand narrative across all buyer touchpoints, sales collateral, and digital channels.Sales Enablement & Competitive Intelligence: Build impactful sales tools (pitch decks, demo scripts, one-pagers, case studies) and conduct regular training to increase sales velocity and close rates. Own win/loss analysis, track competitor pricing/features, and build actionable battlecards to ensure sales reps are positioned to win against top competitors.Lifecycle Adoption & Pricing Strategy: Partner with Demand Gen and Customer Success on onboarding campaigns, interactive demos, and customer communications that increase LTV and reduce churn. Bring competitive and customer insights to the table to influence product tiering, pricing, and packaging structures.Roadmap Influence & Analyst Relations: Deliver market-backed business cases, customer evidence, and sizing metrics to influence what gets built on the product roadmap. Represent the product to industry analysts and contribute to market research reports that shape buyer consideration lists.What You'll Need6+ years of dedicated experience in B2B Product Marketing (preferably within SaaS, HR Tech, or Marketplace platforms) with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through GTM ownership.Demonstrated ability to fly high and low: setting high-level strategy with senior leadership while independently writing copy, building decks, and shipping assets.Active experience building customized AI-driven workflows (e.g., LLMs, content generation, data analysis tools) to scale output and team efficiency beyond traditional PMM models.Proven track record of creating sales enablement programs and competitive intelligence assets directly linked to measurable pipeline growth and closed-won deals.Experience bringing market and competitive evidence to influence pricing, packaging, or product roadmap decisions.Deeply data-driven with excellent narrative and copywriting skills, capable of simplifying complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions.Strong organizational and time management skills to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision.Highly proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce), analytics platforms, and modern collaboration suites (Google Workspace, Miro, Monday.com, Zoom, Slack).A strong commitment to driving the Indeed Flex mission: to help people get jobs, instantly.Nice-to-HavesExperience in staffing, workforce management, marketplaces, or other high-volume operational environments preferred.What You'll Get$110,000 to $130,000 annual salaryMedical, Dental, Vision, and 401KPerformance-based bonus totaling 12% of annual salaryAccess to Company & Employee Benefits25 days PTO (prorated) + Birthday Off8 Paid HolidaysDuvet days (½ day off every quarter)Volunteer daysAbout UsWe're helping people get jobs by modernising the world of temporary work.
