Regional Field Service Manager

Leica Biosystems seeks a Regional Field Service Manager to lead a team of Field Service Engineers across the Southeast, driving customer satisfaction, service execution, and equipment uptime. The role combines team leadership with cross-functional collaboration to deliver diagnostic solutions in the cancer diagnostics space.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop high-performing Field Service Engineer team with accountability for regional performance
Ensure timely, high-quality service calls, installations, and escalation resolution with focus on first-time fix
Partner with Sales, Applications, and Service Coordination to retain business and support growth
Drive continuous improvement using Danaher Business System tools and Daily Management KPI review
Resolve customer escalations by identifying root causes and preventing recurring issues

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 6+ years field service or customer support experience
3+ years leading customer-facing or field-based teams
Demonstrated ability managing customer escalations and service delivery
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to travel up to 75% (flying and/or driving, potentially overnight)
Experience lifting up to 50 lbs regularly; prolonged standing, walking, and stair climbing

Compensation: $130,000–$147,500 base
