Billing Specialist

We’re looking for a Hybrid- Billing Specialist - for our client. What You'll Do Full-cycle billing operations (invoice creation, validation, distribution) Billing reconciliations and discrepancy resolution Managing billing schedules, renewals, and contract adjustments Handling billing inquiries (internal + external customers) Processing credits and billing adjustments Supporting month-end close + reporting Maintaining data integrity in ERP/accounting systems Analyzing billing trends, usage, and variances What You Bring Billing or accounts receivable experience Customer service or call center experience Hands-on experience with invoice generation and billing operations Expert within Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs preferred) Experience with ERP/accounting systems Ideal: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment Top performers are fast learners, strong team players, and committed to accuracy and inclusiveness Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
