Job Responsibilities

• Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate tailored therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ research-driven methods to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in conjunction with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic patient care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their support systems on therapy techniques to facilitate ongoing recovery at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring consistent patient development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
• Continuing education or postgraduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
