Assistant Project Manager

Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our Miami team. This full-time, on-site role supports project execution from pre-construction through close-out. The APM will assist in managing schedules, budgets, and inspections, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple active projects. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers in coordinating design, construction, and inspection activities. Proficiency in managing documentation, submittals, and RFIs. Track project milestones, meeting minutes, and action items. Assist in expediting permitting and inspection processes. Collaborate with architects, contractors, engineers, and vendors to resolve field issues. Maintain clear, timely communication and project documentation for all stakeholders. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in construction or project management (Owner’s Rep, GC, or Construction Management firm preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook. Strong working knowledge of Bluebeam and Procore project management platforms. Experience with expediting, inspections, and permitting coordination. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred). Positive, resourceful attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Why FALKE?
