We work in-person five days a week in our San Francisco, NYC, or London offices. About the Role As a GTM Recruiter at Mercor, you'll own full-cycle hiring for the teams that drive our revenue: Growth, Data Acquisition, Account Executives, and Engagement Manager roles that sit at the front line of our relationships with the world's leading AI labs and enterprises. You'll partner directly with leadership to turn revenue targets into hiring plans, and you'll understand what makes a great Account Executive or Data Partnerships Lead as well as you understand Mercor's product. This is a 0→1 motion for GTM recruiting specifically - you're building the playbook, not inheriting one. What You'll Do Own full-cycle recruiting for Mercor's GTM organization: Sales, Partnerships/BD, and Growth with occasional support across Operations and other business functions as priorities shift Assess for what GTM roles actually require: quota attainment, deal-cycle ownership, territory/segment fluency, and consultative selling Build top-of-funnel using creative outbound, talent intelligence, and Mercor's own product (structured screens, automated work samples, calibrated rubrics) Coach hiring managers and interviewers on structured interviewing, leveling, and decision hygiene specific to revenue roles Operationalize hiring systems: track and optimize funnel metrics by role and segment #J-18808-Ljbffr Mercor Inc
