Compensation: $180,000–$312,000+ earning potential

An established and growing dental practice is seeking an Associate General Dentist to join its team in the Fort Worth area.

This opportunity would suit a dentist looking for a long-term position with strong earning potential, an established patient base and clinical autonomy , supported by an experienced dental team.

You will provide comprehensive general dentistry to an established and growing patient population while having the freedom to develop your clinical skills and earning potential.

The practice is interested in speaking with dentists who are passionate about patient care and want to build a successful long-term career within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry
• Diagnose and develop patient treatment plans
• Restorative and preventative dentistry
• Crowns and bridges
• Routine extractions
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventative care
• Maintain accurate clinical records
• Work closely with hygienists, dental assistants and the wider practice team
• Build strong, long-term patient relationships

What We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Texas dental license or eligibility for Texas licensure
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality patient care
• Ability to work effectively within a busy dental environment
• Experienced dentists and strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
