Senior Functional Analyst

To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time Senior Functional Analyst will lead the capture and management of business requirements for software development, collaborating with stakeholders and utilizing Agile methodologies in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead the capture and documentation of business requirements in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool Perform Agile requirement management activities and facilitate user interviews to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements Manage and coordinate requirements for various projects while ensuring clear communication with development teams and stakeholders Required qualifications Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong background in Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies Expertise with JIRA tools and advanced experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI) security clearance Virtual Vocations Inc
