Earn $40/hr with a $2,000 sign‑on bonus, work Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, and never take an on‑call shift again. You’ll serve a dedicated territory of 40–50 homes across the Peninsula and no client hunting, no unpredictable schedules, no weekends. Just steady, well‑paid handyman work and the chance to become the trusted maintenance technician for every home on your route. We offer a $2,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates who complete training and work in the Daly City to San Mateo area, paid in $500 increments every 30 days. For applicants who work in the South Peninsula area (Palo Alto) there is a $1,000 sign‑on bonus after 30 days. Pay & Bonus
