ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2017 and is a strong, close-knit team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member, which gave me a solid foundation in both customer service and agency operations.

Im a graduate of UMKC with a B.A. and a proud parent of two. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the movies and staying active at the gym. We stay engaged in the community through involvement with the Chamber of Commerce and the Young Latino Professionals group.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mario Giraldo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
