At True Brands, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. We’re seeking a dedicated Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you’re detail-oriented, a team player, and have a passion for accuracy and efficiency, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers.
Package products safely and securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation in compliance with shipping regulations.
Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to guarantee products meet established standards and specifications.
Notify your supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions promptly.
Record all shipping activities in the inventory management system and update stock levels as needed.
Complete any other assigned tasks to support smooth operations.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) to manage communications and documentation effectively.
Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to support team collaboration.
Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices, ensuring a safe work environment.
Assist in keeping the receiving area clean and organized.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in shipping within a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and computer applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced setting.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive, supportive workplace.
