Community of Hope in Washington, DC is seeking a temporary, full-time Housing Stability Case Manager for the Short Term Family Housing Program. You will help families secure and maintain stable housing, increase self-sufficiency through income, benefits, and education, and strengthen family stability. The position is located at Hope Apartments in Southeast, DC, with a hybrid work model and an anticipated end date of April 30, 2027.
